Silvana has traveled through different landscapes of the world as well as photography techniques that she explores in depth and that are fundamental stages of the creative process from which the images are obtained. In recent times she has enjoyed playing with sunlight, blueprint chemicals and other herbs to reveal a space of silence and solitude.
For the artist, photography is a medium through which she builds visual notes that magnify the same story, rather than a series with a beginning and an end. This process not only exists and produces images, but traces a process of meaning and redefinition of what has been lived. The images thus accompany a conscience, an idea about the stages of life that continues to be fed.
