All that is solid melts into air

Tomé, Chile 2016 - In process

To be modern is to be part of a world in which, as Marx said, all that is solid melts into air. From this phrase, I focus on a reflection on the modernity of yesterday, today and tomorrow, taking as an example of this the textile factory that gave rise to the town where I was born. Where modernity has offered a range of different transformations, but in turn, it destroys and makes Tomé lose his particular identity.
